Two Greater Atlantic City Concierge Association (GACCA) Board Members Honored with Prestigious 2009 “ 40 Under 40” Award by The Greater AC Jaycees & AC Weekly

Jamie Winkler, GACCA Secretary and Tony Penza, GACCA Communications Director honored for their community oriented and inspiring contributions to the Region

Atlantic City, NJ, February 17, 2009 – Two board members from the Greater Atlantic

City Concierge Association (GACCA) – Jamie Winkler, Supervisor of the Concierge’s

Desk and Business Center at The Borgata and Tony Penza, owner of VIP in Atlantic

City were selected to be part of the 5th Annual – 2009 “40 under 40”  Celebration…which honors the Region’s Best and Brightest Young Leaders.

The selection committee included staffers from AC Weekly and members of the Greater

Atlantic City Jaycees – Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Jamie and Tony will be profiled, including a photograph and biography in the March 5,

2009 special issue of AC Weekly. They will also be honored at a special celebration party at MIXX nightclub at The Borgata on March 27, 2009.

According to Doreen Prinzo, President of the Greater Atlantic City Concierge Association, “ With the awarding of this prestigious honor to Jamie and Tony, the community will become aware of the talented young people who are part of the leadership of the concierge association as Atlantic City continues to be a major tourist destination.”

About Greater Atlantic City Concierge Association

Members of the Atlantic City Hotel Lodging Association saw a need to bring together the Concierge community and thus helped found the GACCA.  The primary purpose of the GACCA is to promote high professional standards in the hospitality community.  Additional goals are to foster a better understanding of the concierge profession, improve front line skills, and create a network of contacts to better service visitor to Atlantic City.
